What if I use more than my licence limit?
At Go Getter, we believe that a software package should be able to grow with your business. At Go Getter, you choose the package that best suits your business and then get started. Since you obviously don’t need to pay for something you don’t use, you can flexibly expand your package yourself with the add-ons below. So you decide what you need, and when.

Number of documents processed
Each package has a fixed number of scans available. If you scan more documents, this will be charged in tiers of 30 additional documents.
Example: You scan 26 documents in a month and you have a licence with 25 scans included? If so, there will be a monthly surcharge of €15. You can then scan a total of 55 purchase documents that month. Next month, you will pay back your subscription price as you are used to. Cloud storage
Each package has standard Cloud storage. It is possible to extend it with the Cloud tiers below. As with documents, you don’t pay for something you don’t use. If you do not use the following month above the Cloud storage included in your package, you will not be charged for this.
Tip: You can always check your consumption by clicking on the cloud icon in the software.

Optional add-ons
Go Getter offers a number of features as an add-on to each licence, including the possibility of linking with Cebeo or extending your financial module with GoPay. With GoPay, you can link multiple bank accounts at once to remit payments, and you can even make payments to suppliers from your Go Getter platform.

Additional consumption is billed monthly in the next month after the additional consumption, even if you pay annually. If you do not consume above your licence limit the following month, you will not be charged again for this.
We will never block your package when exceeding your licence limit.
You will receive an invoice for the additional consumption.
