We make the step to digitisation easy by offering an online platform that customers subscribe to, comparable to platforms like Spotify or Netflix.

We are looking for a commercial and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new- and retention of existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing and support teams to identify and address problems or challenges of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • Retention of existing customers.
  • Understanding and communicating customer needs and concerns to internal teams. Identify and resolve customer problems or challenges.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and/or 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer success and/or sales.
  • Furthermore, you are communicatively strong and solve problems efficiently.
  • You have the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • You have a smooth talk and the necessary commercial flair.
